Unique experience "at your service"

Behind Fekon you find me, Pia Höök, and my network of fellow organisation and leadership experts. I'm a purpose- and businessdriven person, with a solid academic background (PhD from Handelshögskolan, and Docent/Associate Professor at KTH), combined with a unique experience from having successfully developed and led the global diversity & inclusion work at Volvo Group, Skanska and Essity. My different VP- and Director positions have also included responsibilities for social sustainability on a strategic level (Skanska), a value-driven culture (Skanska) and employee engagement (Essity).  Since 2025, I share my time between KTH, where I lead a research center focusing on technology development that improves gender equality InspireLab på KTH, and Fekon. As a consultant I bring my unique combination of experiences and competences, as well as my curiosity and creativity - all "at your service".
